  Instructions for ordering by mail, phone, fax or e-mail

When you order please include:

• Your full name,

• The name of your organization (church, Bible institute, bookstore, etc.),

• Your account number (two letters followed by a three or four digit number),

• The shipping address (UPS will not ship to a PO Box),

• The billing address (if different from shipping address),

• Shipping instructions
  For the USA - In the United States the Post Office's library rate is cheaper than UPS for shipments outside of  Florida but it may take 7-10 days, there is no guarantee. Shipments by standard UPS take 1-6 working days depending on distance. UPS 2nd day and Next day delivery is also available at an increased rate.
  Outside the USA - For overseas orders we ship by surface mail unless Air Mail is requested. Overseas Air Mail is very expensive. Surface mail can take 3-6 months. There is no guaranteed date of delivery or insurance. If you have special needs about package size or the use of M-Bags (mail bags) let us know.

• Backorder instructions (if we have to backorder a book we will ship as soon as it is available unless you request us to cancel backorders).
